Your Refund Information

Once we receive your returned items and give them a quick look to ensure they’re in great shape, we’ll happily start the refund process for you. You can expect your refund to be processed within 3 business days and credited back to your original payment method. You’ll automatically receive the refund this way!

Just a friendly heads-up: while we process refunds quickly on our end, your bank or credit card company might take a little extra time to post it to your account. This part is unfortunately out of our hands, but we appreciate your patience!
