Terms & Conditions

Goods

• The description of the Goods is as shown on the Website or in advertisements. Images are for illustration only, and slight variations in size or color may occur due to differences in screen displays.
• For custom-made Goods, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any specifications provided.
• All Goods are subject to availability.
• We may modify Goods to comply with legal or safety requirements and will notify you if such changes affect your order.

Personal Information

• We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We may contact you via email, phone, or other electronic means regarding your order, and you consent to such communications.

Basis of Sale

• Product listings on our website do not constitute a binding offer to sell. We reserve the right to reject any Order without delay.
• The ordering process allows you to review and correct errors before submission. It is your responsibility to ensure the Order is accurate.
• A Contract is formed only upon our email confirmation (Order Confirmation), subject to successful payment. You must verify the Order Confirmation and report errors immediately.
• Quotations are valid for 3 days unless withdrawn earlier.
• These Terms apply only to Consumers. If you are a business, notify us for alternative terms.

Price and Payment

• The price is as listed on the Website at the time of Order or as otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices do not include applicable VAT.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of Order via mobile money, credit/debit card before delivery.

Delivery

• We will deliver to the specified location within the agreed timeframe or, if none is agreed, within 7 days of the Contract date.
• If delivery is delayed due to events beyond our control, you may terminate the Contract if:
  • We refuse delivery, or on-time delivery was essential (as stated before the Contract was made); or
  • You set a new reasonable deadline, and we fail to meet it.
• Upon termination, we will refund all payments promptly.
• International deliveries (outside Ghana) may incur import duties, which you are responsible for paying.
• If you fail to accept delivery (through no fault of ours), we may charge storage and redelivery fees.
• Ownership and risk transfer to you upon delivery or collection. Inspect Goods upon receipt where practical.

Withdrawal, Returns, and Cancellation

• You may cancel an Order before dispatch without reason or penalty.
• Cancellation Rights do not apply to:
  • Custom-made or personalized Goods;
  • Perishable or rapidly deteriorating items.
• Cancellation Rights also expire if Goods become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

Right to Cancel

• You may cancel the Contract without reason until dispatch.
• Notify us clearly (e.g., by email or phone) before fulfillment.
• If canceled in time, we will refund all payments, excluding premium delivery costs (if applicable).

Refunds and Deductions

• We may deduct from refunds for loss in value due to unnecessary handling beyond reasonable inspection.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned Goods or your cancellation notice (if unfulfilled).
• Refunds will use the original payment method, with no additional fees.

Conformity

• Goods must:
  • Be of satisfactory quality;
  • Be fit for their intended purpose (if disclosed before purchase);
  • Match their description.
• Non-conformity due to your materials is not our responsibility.

Force Majeure

• If either party is hindered by events beyond reasonable control:
  • The affected party must promptly notify the other;
  • Obligations will be suspended reasonably, but Consumer rights (e.g., cancellation) remain unaffected.

Liability

• We do not exclude liability for:
  • Fraud;
  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• We are not liable for unforeseeable losses or business-related damages (unless you are a Consumer).
